What happens to your information when you browse, keep a piece in your bag, check out, or get in touch. This policy describes the only14me storefront, not the separate policies of services it links to. Owner confirmation needed: final business contact and legal review.
What we collect
You can look around without making an account; Only14Me does not offer customer accounts. When you choose to check out, order information can include the items, sizes and quantities you selected, your email address, US shipping address and phone number. If you send us a message, we receive whatever details you choose to share in it.
Your bag and browser storage
The bag is saved in your own browser using localStorage so your selections can remain there if you leave and return. It contains product identifiers, sizes and quantities, not a customer profile or card number. You can remove pieces in the bag, or clear your browser's site data to erase the local copy. Clearing browser storage may also remove an unfinished bag.
Payments through Stripe
When you select checkout, the store sends your selected items to our checkout service and redirects you to a Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details; Only14Me does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe collects the checkout contact and delivery details needed for the order. Stripe's own privacy information applies to information you provide on its page.
Orders, shipping and contact details
Checkout is set up for US shipping. The email address, US delivery address and phone number you provide at checkout help process and ship your order and resolve delivery or support questions. We store order items, sizes, quantities, checkout status and the contact or delivery details Stripe provides in our order database for fulfillment and support. Stripe separately processes payment card details; Only14Me does not store full card numbers. We do not use the storefront to create customer accounts.
Site operation and cookies
A visit can involve routine browser and server information needed to deliver and protect the site. Your bag uses localStorage. Google Analytics remains off until you choose Accept. Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API share permitted purchase data with Meta. For visitors identified in the United States, Meta tracking is on by default unless they choose Reject or their browser sends Global Privacy Control; outside the United States, and when location is unknown, it starts only after Accept. The country is estimated from the visitor IP using a local country database; the IP is not sent to a geolocation provider. We record the choice with Stripe so a confirmed purchase can be reported even if you do not return to the site. Meta may receive product and variant identifiers, order value, event time, browser and IP information, and available Meta cookie identifiers. Checkout email and phone are trimmed, lowercased where applicable, and SHA-256 hashed before sending; hashing does not make this data anonymous. Use Reject in Cookie preferences, Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track to prevent new tracking. Data already sent cannot be recalled. Hosting and Stripe Checkout may use their own technical cookies or logs under their own policies.
How information is used and shared
We use order details to handle payment status, prepare and deliver purchases, answer questions, address problems, and keep records reasonably needed to run the store. Information may be made available to Stripe, service providers involved in hosting or fulfilling an order, and others when reasonably necessary for the transaction or required by law. We do not sell customer information through this storefront.
Instagram and outside links
Links to Instagram or other sites take you away from Only14Me. If you message @onlyonefourme, Instagram handles the message on its platform under its own terms and privacy practices. We may use the content of your message to respond to your request. Check the destination's privacy information before sharing details there.
Retention and security
We retain order information for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer support, business records, and applicable requirements. Browser bag data remains on your device until you remove it or clear site data. We use practical measures suited to the information and services involved, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's information
This store is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us so we can review the situation.
Privacy requests
You may ask about the personal information associated with an order, or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Reach us at @onlyonefourme on Instagram and include enough order context for us to locate the right record. We may need to verify the request before acting; some information may need to be kept for transactions, records, or other applicable reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the storefront or its practices change. The updated date at the top indicates the version currently posted here. Please review it again if you want to know what applies when you use the site.
